Maxbaji Terms & Conditions — in clear and plain language

Maxbaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online entertainment and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between maxbaji and all of its registered members.

By browsing the maxbaji website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. maxbaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or on-platform notifications.

To open an account with maxbaji, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age
• Must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration
• Each individual may only operate one account
• Accounts may not be shared with anyone else

If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration, maxbaji reserves the right to close the account without notice. NID and other documents may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Maxbaji processes payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used to register the account. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Maxbaji offers a variety of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, and Referral Bonus. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100%, 4x wagering, valid for 30 days
• Reload Bonus: Up to 30%, 3x wagering, valid for 14 days
• Weekly Cashback: 10% on net losses, 1x wagering, valid for 7 days
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 cash, 2x wagering, valid for 7 days

Wagering This means you must wager a specified multiple of your bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Example: A 4x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must bet ৳4,000.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on maxbaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
• Maxbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded (tie bet refund policy)
• Odds in live betting may change at any time — updated odds do not apply until confirmed
• The maximum payout is fixed for each individual market

Maxbaji conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to prevent money laundering and protect its users. KYC verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before the first withdrawal
• For large withdrawal amounts (৳25,000 or above)
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account
• Payment Method Change Period

Never share your account password or OTP with anyone. maxbaji staff will never ask for your password or OTP. If someone claims to represent maxbaji and requests this information, it is a scam.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on maxbaji. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using stolen identity or payment information
• Attempting to launder money or process funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the maxbaji system
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members
• Abusing bonuses or promotions

Maxbaji believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial hardship. To support this, we offer the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly limits
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake per single bet
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from your account for a set period of time
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 6 months or permanently
• Reality check: Receive session reminders after a set period of time

Maxbaji may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• At the user's own request
• Extended inactivity (12 months)
• By order of a court or relevant authority

Members who wish to close their own account should contact our Help Center. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Maxbaji always strives to provide the best service. However, maxbaji will not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet or transaction fails due to internet connectivity issues
• Delays caused by server issues on third-party platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• If services are disrupted due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control

Maxbaji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address
• A pop-up notification will be displayed on the platform
• The date of any updates will be indicated on this page
• 30 days' notice will be given prior to any significant changes

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you have the option to close your account.
